What is outcome-based evaluation?
Outcome-based evaluation is a method for determining whether an organization’s
project is achieving its intended results. More and more funding agencies,
both governmental and private, are requiring organizations seeking funds
to demonstrate how their projects make a difference in the lives of participants.
