The National Endowment for the Arts 2000 Regional Partnership Agreements support:
- a basic Regional Plan Component which provides basic support for a regional plan.
- a Presenting & Touring Component which supports multi-state presenting and touring programs.

To support NASAA's Fiscal Year 2000 and 2001 programs and services for state and regional arts agencies.

Southern Arts Federation, Inc.
Serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

The National Endowment for the Arts 2000 State Partnership Agreements support:
- a Basic State Component which provides funds that agencies can use to address priorities identified in each state's basic state plan.
- an Arts Education Component which supports those elements of a state's plan that address arts education.
- an Arts in Underserved Communities Component which supports those elements of a state's plan that foster the arts in rural, inner-city, and other underserved communities.
