To support a series of performances at the Oats Park Art Center
Theatre. The series will consist of four jazz concerts by artists
including piano trios and female vocalists, as well as
improvisational world music.
Nevada Shakespeare Company

$8,000
To support the development and production of a new play. Based on
Amigas: Letters of Friendship and Exile by Emma
Sepulveda and Marjorie Agosin, an adaptation by Artistic Director
Jeanmarie Simpson and associate artist L. Martina Young will be presented
in the summer of 2003.
